“Great Stay ”

This Hotel definitely lives up to its 4 stars and more ! A very welcoming, professional and attentive Front Desk to wonderful Food and Beverage outlets with very good food and prices. Housekeeping was good and the Studio room was very spacious. The only issue was slow internet for me to work but otherwise, it was good. The Gym is very good with great machines. The views of Fujairah were excellent and nearby shops and take away places make this Hotel very convenient. Overall, a great property which I will highly recommend whenever possible 👍🏽😎

Good location near shops and restaurants. Staff very kind, rooms large, clean and quiet. Good value for money.

“Excellent staff Value for money”

Excellent customer service provided by staff at Hotel Restaurant, Room Service & especially Huge thanks to Nour at reception, who welcome us with such warmth & supported throughout the stay. Pool is small but clean. Breakfast was also up to the mark with variety of options. Ample parking available. The room furniture & beds needs attention as they looked quite used & old. Overall we are satisfied with the price we paid for.

“Best Stay In Fujairah City”

Good Experience , we got free upgrade from the hotel - as a family larger space is always helpful. All thanks to Mr Abdul at reception, was very thoughtful & helpful during the checkin process & also large shout out to Ananandu at the Restaurant - his service was excellent, Breakfast was great - all the staff was pretty nice & welcoming.

“Amazing Hotel ”

IThis is my third stay at the Noor Arjaan this year, and the standard of service , cleanliness is very impressive.It is the main reason I keep returning , the rooms are kept to a very high standard, breakfast buffet is one of the biggest ranges for a hotel I have seen.And for me more importantly the whole team that keep this hotel to a very high standard , Well done I hope to return again very soon , Thank you !!

“feedback”

i am a very loyal customer of this property having resided here for over two years continuously. during my most recent visit 27 to 31 Sept, i note that the standards of service are always improving, indicative of an excellent management. all staff is very disciplined and so well trained. in particular, during this visit i would like to highlight the name of a housekeeping staff Miss Sani. This lady is a very responsible person and very diligent. Thank you and look forward to my next visit in the near future.

“Not so welcoming”

We are regular visitors of Nour Arjaan. The previous visit to the place was quite disappointing. Specially from the front desk and reception. Absolutely not hospitable in speaking and in helping in room related issues. Answer was a denial or a long delay of 30mnts, always. Whole night the next room had drilling work, carpet changing and bangs on the door(608) was so annoying that none of us could sleep. All in terrible! The only sigh of relieve was Mr. Dhiraj Shukla at the Breakfast and his team that includes Mr. John and another very sweet lady(from Philippines). Highly caring and respectful. I did mention my issues during my stay to them and Mr. Dhiraj got it to Mr. Noushad's attention, immediately. We so appreciate his and Mr. Noushad's supportive assurance for the next time. If in the hospitality industry we don't recieve hospitable environment, it becomes hard to trust the place again. The above mentioned people made us stay back that one day! Having said so, a coming back with such poor service from others makes us think if we should visit again .
