I have to commend all the teams that I have met and had the pleasure to work with at the Rotana. The experience starts from the personal greetings at the reception, porters, and security, to guest relations, club lounge and restaurants (including all staff), housekeeping, laundry, etc. (apologies if I left anyone), not to mention management. They are exceptionally professional, courteous, and bring hospitality to a new level with a personal touch. They all collectively make the Rotana my home away from home. Thank you!
