I stayed in Rotana for 3 months, i can say that this is by far one of the best hotels i have been all over the world and definitely the best in Jordan. The staff are super friendly and professional at the same time. The food at all the restaurants are amazing especially in Restaurant “Three-Sixty” because there is Chef Hamdi that always makes sure the food is served to the highest standards and always takes feedback on what the guests like more so he can create more variety of food from our feedback, his food is the yummiest and always satisfying our food craving.Mr. Jamil is the resturant Manager as i guess since he is always in a suit. He is there to make sure everything is going smoothly and we are having an amazing dining experience. He down-to-earth personality is what makes you feel at home and he is always smiling and welcoming the guests in the best way to the point i felt like i knew this man since a long time. Everything was perfect “, the food, the VIEW, i capitalized the view since it is WOW. You see all of amman from your bed. And the customer service, room service and cleaning service are super fast to answer and resolve any concern you have. I love Farah from the customer service department, shes always smiling even if i dont see her in person but you can feel her positive energy over the phone.

I was given a smoking room, even though I had requested a non-smoking room. There were strong smells of marijuana and smoke on the floor where I stayed, and the staff were uncooperative. The towels were dirty and of poor quality. Additionally, the TV kept turning on every 10 minutes, which was very annoying.

Every thing was perfect except the WiFi, the connection to the WiFi was weak in room 2510 and interrupted too many times
