i stayed at Amman Rotana for 36 consecutive nights on full board. The whole team made me feel home away from home. Special thanks to Chef Hamdi at the main restaurant who made sure my colleagues and i are having a variety of mouthwatering dishes on daily basis while catering to everyone's preferences. (desserts were on the next level), big thanks to Abdallah the best barista ever, Saleh and Ahmad for their awesome smile while servicing us at all times and Hussein for keeping my room clean and comfortable.

The hotel has a great location, with spacious rooms and nice décor and view. Cleanliness could be improved, and there is sometimes a smoke smell in the corridors. The food is average for a 5-star hotel; some dishes are good, but most are just okay. Service is slow at times, but the staff, including receptionists and chefs, are friendly and helpful.
