I had an excellent stay at Towers Rotana Hotel. The staff was exceptional, with a special mention to Abdallah at the reception and Ahmed for the bags and luggage Both were incredibly friendly and polite, always ready to assist with a warm smile. They went above and beyond, especially when handling my luggage, ensuring everything was taken care of seamlessly. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and the service truly made my stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere.

We have made our choice for Rotana Towers, because it was the neareast cheapest, and at he same time wit best quality hotel near to Burj Khalifa. Our choice was right. Kind and friendly personnel.
